"The 4'20' Sound, performed by Oren Selecta, is a musical project that delivers a journey-like DJ performance that is rooted in Reggae, dancehall, bass music, Afro beat, and drum and bass, but also explores additional genres such as techno and house. The project may feature a customised sound system that is tuned to the music being played, ensuring an authentic and immersive experience. With The 4'20' Sound's years of experience as a producer and DJ, running events around Byron Bay for the past 10 years and playing in festivals and events around Australia, Europe, UK, and New Zealand, he is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sound and creating music that is both thought-provoking and danceable. The 4'20' Sound's sets feature a lot of original productions as well as special dubs featuring big reggae and dancehall vocal artists, creating a unique listening experience for the audience."
Sound System
The 4'20' Sound System is available to hire for all sorts of functions and events.
Our system is safely capable to entertain a crowd of 700 people (outdoor and indoor)
Studio Mastering
We provide "In The Box" (digital) and "Hybrid" (digital/analog) mastering service. Depends on your sonic needs, Our team will get your final tracks sound as best as the hear can perceive .
Live Sound
All of our crew members are qualified sound engineer with over a decade of experience in the live music industry. We provide the highest standard of live sound mixing.
Recording
We have 3 locations for our studios (Brunswick Heads, Coorabell and UKI). Our studios are equiped with top of the range equipment to capture the best out of your performance for your next release.
Studio Mixing
We will get the perfects balance for your multi track sessions using top of the range equipment and plugins.
Editing
Wether its an advertisement , a podcast, or audio for film, out attention to details and techniques will get your audio assets up to standard for any project.
